Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates the search. Barnwell County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider handles the submitted terms under its privacy rules.
Messages Sent to Us
When someone emails us or uses a contact form, we retain the message and contact details as needed to read and answer it. We do not share a message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
